What is a lead exactly?
A lead is a homeowner who has posted a painting job on APaintCrew and lives in your service area. When you purchase a lead, you receive the homeowner’s name, phone number, email address, and full job details so you can reach out and provide a quote.
Are leads shared with other painters?
Yes. When a homeowner posts a job, multiple painters can purchase that lead and reach out. This is how the homeowner gets multiple quotes to compare. However, we limit each lead to a maximum of three painters to ensure you have a real chance of winning the job.
What if I buy a lead and the homeowner is unresponsive?
If a homeowner is completely unresponsive — they do not answer calls, texts, or emails within 48 hours — contact our support team and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. We want every lead to be worth your investment.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can switch between Pay Per Lead and Unlimited at any time. If you upgrade to Unlimited mid-month, we prorate the cost. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
